Voice Characterization: Jean Reno

Sébastien was born in 1964, in Nice (nees), France. His father was a waiter, and his mother was a seemstress. His two older sisters tormented him as a child, and left him out of everything they did. One of the things he used to beg his sisters to play was house. He loved to play with the little Playskool sets, his favorite being the toy oven. He was about twelve when is sisters were both gone, and around that same time his mother gave birth to another baby girl. After what his sisters had put him through, he swore he'd never treat his little sister that way, and so for the remainder of his time under his parents' roof, he spent every available moment playing games with his little sister.

When he graduated high school, he took a year off, and spent all his time with his sister. He went to culinary school in the spring of 1983, and in '87 he moved to Louviers to study at the On Rue Tatin culinary school. He graduated in '90, and started his own restaurant in Bordeaux, La Corbeille à Pain (The Breadbasket.) He ran his restaurant for seventeen years, and for the last three was awarded four stars. Around this time, he felt his talents were becoming stagnant in Bordeaux, even with constant tourism bringing people of other countries to his restaurant. After seventeen years, he believed he could do just as well with a new demographic, and so he set off for the Dock de L'espace de Paris, Paris' docking bay for incoming and outgoing space travelers.

Ironically enough, the Dreadknot had been visiting Megaloch, and the crew had decided to get dinner in Paris to celebrate their latest pirate haul. It was here at the docking bay that Sébastien met Sam and Rocko, and told them to board the Dreadknot and he would cook them a special dinner. With this deal, Sébastien fulfilled his wish and became the head chef of his own restauranted, newly opened aboard the Dreadknot.
