Voice characterization: Tom Green

The Captain was born in 1973, just up coast of Metrobay, in Megaloch City. His father was a sailor, and his mother passed away after his birth. While his father went out to search for the "infamous" Fusia Whale, The stayed home and played with his toy boats and watched cartoons.

When remnants of his father's boat were found off the coast of Indonesia, his father was pronounced dead, and The Captain was taken to the Megaloch Orphanage for Neglected Children. Here, he learned that marauding is fun, and the child with the biggest dart gun wins. This is also where he met Hektor. At the time, Hektor was a child psychologist, with a bright outlook on life. It wasn't until he encountered The that he decided to go for his degree in psychiatry.

When The Captain reached age six, government funding allowed him to attend kindergarten. His teacher, Mr. Glidden, taught The all he needed to know about everything. That it all sucks. The effect of the pain and torment Mr. Glidden inflicted upon The is unknown. Hektor believes it may be that Mr. Glidden knocked a few screws loose in The's head, allowing quite a few mental illnesses to trigger, though this theory has absolutely no scientific backing.

From this point, up to the present, The Captain has taken many jobs, and lived off government funding for many years. When Judge Friedman ruled The legally sane, he knew that though The's mind wasn't quite on the green of insanity, he was certainly sprinting down the fairway. With this, he placed The in PMDA, the Program for Mentally Disabled Adults. It acts like a temp agency for people like The, and this is how he got his job at RockeTech, designing space shuttles. When PMDA took a look at The's medical history, they thought that it was possible to put The in a job where he was forced to become more independent, and that the illnesses could be overcome with extreme exposure to society.

Over the course of a few weeks, The noticed that his hallucinations were having a strange effect on his surroundings. Even The knew that this was odd, considering that a hallucination isn't supposed to have ANY outside effect. With this, and his termination from RockeTech, The decides to see Hektor. This is where our hero's story begins.

This is the Captain speaking...Now leaving cognition.
